Full colour pictures, 3D fonts, images or photographic material, can be digitally reproduced in virtually any size, onto vinyl, using high quality outdoor durable inks, in almost any colour. These can be applied to all sorts of objects from vehicles of all sizes, to shop front signs, interior or exterior window graphics, hanging signs, displays, internally lit signs etc. These can be ready profile cut, giving a fantastic three dimensional look to your signs and graphics.

Labels or stickers come in any size but to a maximum one piece size of 299 mm wide and any length, and will accept almost any colour print or image. Features such as, sequenced numbering can be added. Labels can be profile cut into almost any shape or style. We can reverse print for window stickers, or overlap print to have print on both sides, e.g. push/pull. Labels can also be domed with a clear plastic resin, creating high profile badges or decals. Gerber Vision is a remarkable micro perforated vinyl, which accepts any colour image or print. It can be used to put text or images over a glass area of a vehicle. It is also used to continue an image or text from the panels of a vehicle over the glass area (not windscreen), so that the entire image is still visible as a whole, yet you can still see out from the inside. Therefore you get maximum use of space, maximum impact from your image, and no distortion or distraction to the driver inside.

This material possesses most of the same possibilities as vinyl labels. It is best suited to square, rectangle or very simple cut shapes for weeding and application purposes. The great advantage of this material is for security markings, such as plant tools, equipment and machinery etc. It applies in one piece but when tampered with to remove breaks into tiny fragments making removal almost impossible. The 'Label Stock' range consists of the following finishes: Clear, White, Matt Silver (looks like brushed aluminium plate), Brushed Gold and Silver (indoor use only). These materials are designed for a wide range of general-purpose labels that must look professional and perform in industrial conditions. These materials accept the same print finishes as ordinary vinyl.

Designed to accept all the same print options as vinyl labels, this material has an added security feature. When pulled away from its host surface it leaves the printed words "VOID" in a diagonal pattern, showing that the product has been tampered with.

Gerber Mag is a lightweight flexible magnetic material, which accepts any colour image or print. It can be used for price display boards which may require frequent changes of figures or text. It can also be used for fridge magnets or similar applications, and can be profile cut to size {limited cutting capabilities} Anywhere where magnetic signs are needed indoors, then this is the one to choose.

Auto Mag is the heavy duty version of Gerber Mag. It will accept any colour image or print. However it is much stronger and has better magnetic capabilities than its smaller brother. If its for vehicles or exterior signage, then this is the one to use. Both magnetic sheets will also accept printed vinyl over the top, allowing you to create larger signs, or graphics printed on vinyl, and then applied over larger sheets of magnetic material.

Lexedge is a semi-rigid, semi-matt finish, clear Lexan plastic. It accepts any colour image or print. It has a variety of uses where sub surface graphics are needed. This means it has an easy wipe hygienic surface, and the printed material bonded to its underside cannot be tampered with. Ideally suited to conditions in hospitals, laboratories, kitchens, industrial areas and push button operating panels on machinery. It is also ideally suited to exhibits and display signs.

Identical in every way to Lexedge II accept the reverse is adhesive backed and ready to stick to the desired surface. Ideally suits Lexedge II labels.

A unique product is the "3M Floor Minders" system. This maximises the amount of space you can use for advertising by using the floor indoors. Use it for full colour graphics, signs, advertisements or store / premises floor directions.
